Welty & Associates has been performing civil engineering since 1972. Work preformed include municipal streets, indoor water systems, sewer systems, hydrology studies, and signalized intersections. Welty & Associates represented the City of Fort Bragg as their City Engineer for approximately 12 years, and continued to do municipal type work. Other civil engineering work comes from subdivision improvement plans. There plans range from improvements on small city lots to large estate parcels.
